Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period runs from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take possession of the goods.
To exercise the right, inform us (Jerzy Sukow Global Trade, ul. Tadeusza Kościuszki 54/2, 82-300 Elbląg, Polska, e-mail: kontakt@jsglobaltrade.com) by an unequivocal statement — e.g. a letter or an e-mail. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your statement before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs arising from choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your statement.
We refund using the same means of payment you used, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them, whichever is earlier.
Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Complaints
We are liable for the conformity of the goods with the contract under consumer law. Send complaints to kontakt@jsglobaltrade.com with the order number, a description of the defect and, if possible, a photo. We reply within 14 days.
