Delivery within the EU is free — the price of €49.99 includes shipping.
Dispatch time
Orders placed on working days are dispatched within 24 hours. Courier delivery usually takes 2–4 working days. We e-mail the tracking number on the day of dispatch.
Packaging
The neon travels in a rigid box with a foam insert protecting the acrylic and LED tubes. After unpacking, check the contents: the neon and the USB power cable (5 V).
Transport damage
If the parcel is damaged, note it with the courier and write to us at kontakt@jsglobaltrade.com — we will send a replacement.
