These terms govern sales contracts concluded through the shop with consumers and with sole traders where the contract is not of a professional nature for them.

§ 2 Conclusion of the contract

The subject of sale is: Vice City LED Neon — Pink Edition — an LED neon on clear acrylic cut to the outline of the letters, powered over USB (5 V), cable included.

The presentation of the product in the shop is not a binding offer but an invitation to order. Placing an order constitutes the buyer’s offer. The contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order by e-mail or dispatches the goods.

The contract text is stored and sent to the buyer by e-mail together with these terms. The contract language is English.

§ 3 Prices and payment

The product price is €49.99 including VAT. The price shown at the time of ordering applies.

Payment is processed by an external payment provider (including card and PayPal). The Seller does not store card data. Available payment methods are shown before the order is placed.

§ 4 Delivery

Delivery within the EU is free. Orders placed on working days are dispatched within 24 hours; delivery usually takes 2–4 working days. Details in Delivery.

Should the product be unavailable, the Seller will inform the buyer without delay and refund any payments made.

§ 5 Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. Details, the instruction and the model form are in Returns and complaints. Returned goods must be unused and complete.

§ 6 Warranty and complaints

The Seller is liable for the conformity of the goods with the contract under consumer law. Send complaints to kontakt@jsglobaltrade.com with the order number and a description of the defect. Complaints are handled within 14 days.

§ 7 Personal data

The Seller is the controller of personal data. Processing is described in the Privacy policy.

§ 8 Final provisions

The law of the Seller’s seat (Poland) applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the state of the consumer’s habitual residence remain unaffected.
