When you visit, the hosting provider automatically processes server log data: IP address, date and time of access, page visited, data transferred, referrer, and browser and operating system identifiers.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of the site. The site runs on Shopify Oxygen (Shopify International Ltd., Victoria Buildings, 1–2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland).

To process orders we handle the data needed to conclude and perform the contract: name, address, e-mail address, order and payment data. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Cart, checkout and payment are handled by Shopify. Payment data is processed solely by the payment provider; we do not store card data.

Statutory retention obligations under tax and accounting law remain unaffected (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

This site may use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland) to measure advertising — events such as page view, product view, add to cart and checkout start are recorded.

Information is stored on or read from your device only with your consent; further processing is based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Without consent the Pixel script is not loaded. You can withdraw consent at any time with future effect. Data may be transferred to the USA — see Meta’s privacy policy.

The contact form does not send data to our servers — it opens your e-mail client with a prepared message. Your details reach us only when you send the e-mail. We process them to handle your enquiry under Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). A message to kontakt@jsglobaltrade.com is enough.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your residence, workplace or the place of the alleged infringement.
